Acceptance

By accessing or using this service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any provision, cease use immediately. Continued access constitutes acceptance of any updates. These Terms govern your relationship with the service.

Eligibility

Users must be at least 13 years old, or the higher age required by local law. By registering, you confirm you meet the eligibility criteria and have legal capacity. Unauthorized or underage use is the responsibility of the guardian. The service may require age verification at any time.

Account Creation & Security

Certain features require creating an account with valid credentials. You agree to provide truthful information and keep credentials confidential. You are fully responsible for activities under your account. If you suspect unauthorized use, notify support immediately.

Permitted Use

You may use the service only for lawful purposes consistent with these Terms. Prohibited actions include distributing malware, spamming, hacking, and infringing intellectual property. You must not attempt to bypass security controls or interfere with operations. Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination.

Content Ownership

All content you submit remains your property but is licensed to the service for hosting, display, and distribution. You represent you hold all rights required to grant this license. The service may remove content at its discretion for violating these Terms or applicable laws. You agree to indemnify for any third-party claims arising from your content.

Fees & Billing

Access to certain features requires payment of fees at the rates displayed. All fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise. You agree to pay any applicable taxes or charges. Non-payment may lead to suspension of paid features.

Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 48 hours before renewal. You can manage auto-renewal settings in your account dashboard. Disabling auto-renewal stops future charges but does not refund the current period. No pro-rata refunds are provided.

Service Modifications

The service may add, modify, or discontinue any feature at any time, with or without notice. Major changes affecting functionality will be announced at least seven days in advance when feasible. Continued use after updates indicates acceptance. No compensation is due for changes.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for any breach of these Terms, security concerns, or operational needs. Notice will be provided when practicable. Upon termination, all licenses granted to you immediately cease. You must delete any downloaded materials.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the service’s software, design, and content remain with their respective owners. You receive no ownership rights under these Terms. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or derivative works is strictly prohibited. Legal action may be pursued for infringement.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the service operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall first attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If unresolved within thirty days, disputes may proceed to binding arbitration or court. Each party bears its own legal costs unless otherwise awarded.
